80岁仍然驰骋赛场,他是英国最老的壁球运动员恐无人能代替!

  兰斯是一位80多岁的老爷爷,他不是一名普通的壁球运动员,还是个常胜将军。

  兰斯在40岁时,曾代表英国出战,赢得了30多个冠军,无论是单打还是双打。虽然年龄较大,但是他在一次全国锦标赛中参加了75个以上的不同类别比赛。

  除了打壁球外,兰斯每周还在健身房锻炼三次以保持身体处于最佳状态。兰斯在16年前心脏病发作,导致他十个月不能参加比赛。

  他依靠着自身强健的体魄在比赛中快速恢复状态。

  兰斯不是唯一在晚年参加体育运动锻炼的人,还有雷蒙德·莫恩是83岁的国际健美运动员、陶波顿-林奇他在93岁的时候教瑜伽、宫崎秀吉则是105岁的短跑运动员。
